Hadley’s Dairy creates remarkable ice cream and sorbets on the family farm in the beautiful Colne Valley of Essex. Originally the milk was from their herd of pedigree holstein cows, but today the milk is supplied by Estate Dairy. The ice cream is sold directly to customers in their parlour in Lavenham, Suffolk, and to many adoring customers at festivals, served from their vintage VW van, plus wholesale. The ice creams are made by hand using exemplary ingredients, including Pump Street Chocolate, Monmouth Coffee.
